How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Metro cities should not take more than 4-5 days and other cities may take upto 5-8 days. For COD (Cash on delivery) orders, it sometimes takes few days extra.
How Do I Track My Order?
Order id will be provided on whatsapp by our executive who has handeled your order, packaging and shipment.
How Do I Place an Order?
To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, then click the “ADD TO CART” button. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.
Why is my COD order showing on Hold ?
COD orders are dependent on phone confirmations. Currently due to Covid there is a temporary shut on all COD orders but you can still opt for COD by using the whatsapp integration and contacting us. Our executive call to confirm your phone number, address and would sometimes give offers on converting the order to prepaid. Unless the phone number is verified, the order will be placed on hold.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
Yes you do need an account to place an order. Click on “Create account” while checkout. Having an account will help you to track your orders/checking order history/ wishlist etc.
